The Rt Rev'd Richard Chartres, former bishop of London and Hon. Asst. Bishop in the Diocese of Europe preached at the Solemn Eucharist at the begining of our Bicentenary Celebrations.

In 2023 the retreat led by Jeffrey John was in Normandy at the Monastère de Saint Wandrille. The adresses given by Fr Jeffrey on Saint Paul were very enlightening.

Our retreat this year was at the Cistercian monastery of Mont des Cats (7-9 Oct). Over 17 retreatants enjoyed the silence, worship and addresses by Fr Jeffrey on Scripture.

On Saturday 17th September 2022 St George's sang Solemn Evensong of Commemoration and Thanksgiving for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Evensong was officiated by the Ven. Peter Hooper, Archdeacon of France, in the presence of HE Dame Menna Rawlings, British Ambassador to the French Republic. Attending were the Ambassadors of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Eire and Zambia. A champagne reception followed.

On Sunday 26th June we celebrated the part the Malagasy congregation plays in the life of St George's, Paris. 

Our preacher on 23rd April was the Ven. Edward Dowler, Archdeacon of Hastings, formerly a Pastoral Assistant at St George's. After the Sung Eucharist we ate together in the Parish Hall. 

Fr Nicolas Razafindratsima was licensed as Honorary Assistant Priest at St George's by +David Hamid on 13th November 2021

Part of life here is explaining and exploring Anglicanism for students (Catholic and Protestant) here in France. This visit by students from ISEO (L'institut supérieur d'études œcuméniques) was on 2nd February 2021.
